Ray is currently an assistant Cross Country/Track coach at Central Connecticut State University, where he also taught in the Exercise Science Department. In the eight years he has been involved with the program at CCSU, the team has garnered 15 Northeast Conference championships. Prior to this post, Ray spent 5 years on the coaching staff at Yale University and was the Head Coach of the Woodbridge Running Company/Club Connecticut Women’s Team. His club team sent 5 women to the Olympic Marathon Trials in 1996 and 2000 and won numerous National Road Championships. Annmarie won the 2022 Vermont City Marathon and was the 11th American at Boston. Annmarie is a 2020 and 2024 Olympic Trials qualifier and has been a top ten finisher in numerous national championships, finishing 35th in the 2020 Marathon Trials.
